Hot Rocks Climbing Wall has a number of different climbing and related activity areas, each with corresponding safety considerations and mitigations that need to be address before any activity is undertaken.

Top Rope Wall
Safety notices are situated around the facility and should be consulted regularly
18ft high, 6 rope lines, 36(ish) climbs, vertical
A rope and belay system is used to protect the vertical climbing
For traversing a spotter is advised.
22-25ft high, 9 rope lines, 45(ish) climbs, lead and top rope climbing, 15°- 30° overhanging
13ft of climbing, 50°-70° overhanging, 30 routes topping out at Font 7a/7b
Climbers do not require a partner to use this area.
BOULDERING LEAGUE - Routes set fortnightly
12ft wide, 5° overhanging.
This is a warm-up wall and not for competative climbing
Spotters are required to keep a climber safe
2 boards and 1 set of parrallel bars
This is a specalist training area for experence climbers and should be used with caution.
